PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Germantown shall hold public hearings on July 8, 2025 starting at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 to hear all interested parties concerning the following:
Proposed Local Law A of 2025, a local law regulating false alarms and requiring alarm permits . CLICK HERE FOR LL
Proposed Local Law B of 2025, a local law requiring prior written notification of defects on Town highways. CLICK HERE FOR LL
Written public comments may also be submitted to townboard@germantownny.org prior to the public hearings. The Town Board’s monthly meeting will directly follow the public hearings.
Members of the public may attend the public hearings and meeting in person at Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 or via Zoom audio/video technology by accessing
the link on the calendar on the Town’s website at germantownny.org.
A copy of the local laws are available for inspection at the Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526, during normal business hours.
