Public Notice Please Take notice that the Germantown Planning Board will hold 2 Public Hearings on July 23,2026, at the Germantown Town Hall, beginning at 7:00pm on the matters of:

All in Shotgun Rider LLC (Genette Picicci) Proposed Subdivision of 6.372 acres into 2 Parcels: #1: 3.074 acres & #2: 3.298 acres on Church Avenue and;

Emil Ericson III Proposed Subdivision of 55.01 acres Into 2 Parcels: #1: 44.15 acres & #2: 10.86 acres on Lasher Avenue.

All interested parties are welcomed to attend via Zoom, which can be found on the Calendar of the Germantown website at https://germantownny.org, and be heard on this matter.
