PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Germantown Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on February 26, 2026, at the Germantown Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 beginning at 7:00 pm to hear all interested parties concerning the following applications:
Proposed Site Plan: by Green Start Holdings/Abe Feldmus for alterations of a 3 Apartment building into a Mixed-Use Building Consisting of (3) Commercial spaces and (1) Apartment at 221 Main Street.
