beginning at 7:00pm:
1- A Proposed Area Variance to construct an Accessory Apartment of 851 square feet exceeding maximum of 800 square feet located at 421 Church Avenue
2- A Proposed Area Variance to construct a Single Family Dwelling with a reduced yard setback of 30 feet to 2 feet at 2 Young America Road and
3- A Proposed Area Variance to construct an Art Studio at a height of 26 feet exceeding maximum height of 15 feet at 269 Church Avenue.
