Please take notice that the Germantown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Three Public Hearings on May 21,2026, at the Germantown Town Hall,50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 beginning at 7:00pm:
1- A Proposed Area Variance to construct an Accessory Apartment of 851 square feet exceeding maximum of 800 square feet located at 421 Church Avenue
2- A Proposed Area Variance to construct a Single Family Dwelling with a reduced yard setback of 30 feet to 2 feet at 2 Young America Road and
3- A Proposed Area Variance to construct an Art Studio at a height of 26 feet exceeding maximum height of 15 feet at 269 Church Avenue.
Members of the public may attend the public hearing and meeting in person or by Zoom audio/video technology by accessing the link on the calendar on the Town’s website at germantownny.org.
